The installer where nice and communicated the problem. The problem, a hole in the wall, not sure if it could’ve been prevented because of my walls. Overall the tv is covering and looks great. I just know I have hole behind the tv and it bugs me. Side note; didn’t realize I needed to buy a mount and they fortunately had one and I bought from them.

The Geek Squad that installed my Samsung Q80 and sound bar were great! They were all very knowledgeable and efficient! They were also very pleasant in answering any of my questions!

Rick and Cody did a great job mounting 3 tvs and my soundbars. We are Super Bowl ready! They were on time, efficient, and cleaned up all the boxes. My total tech support is definately worth it.
