The installers did a great job installing the bracket and did not have to read directions they knew the equipment

The crew did an excellent job mounting my tv in a very awkward location on the main floor over an open stairway leading to the basement. I could not have done this without them. Great job.

Geek Squad did it all- Mounted the soundbar, wired all the connections and taught us how to adjust it if we needed to.

The installer where nice and communicated the problem. The problem, a hole in the wall, not sure if it could’ve been prevented because of my walls. Overall the tv is covering and looks great. I just know I have hole behind the tv and it bugs me. Side note; didn’t realize I needed to buy a mount and they fortunately had one and I bought from them.

Team was very informative and helpful. Would not hesitate to come back if I need help with any other tech problems!

Staff assembled and connected soundbar to a new TV, Configured all the settings, explained the usage. Quick, efficient. No fault of the technician, but this is something that is easy enough to do, I could have done it myself.

The field technicians mounted my 84" TV on the wall mount brackets and connected sound bar and subwoofer system very nicely. They were helpful, knowledgeable and courteous.

The Geek Squad techs that came out were very courteous and knew their stuff! They were in and out in no time.
