Last minute addition to a TV installation appointment. Product purchased had a defect, but GS agent was able to create a solution and make the product work. Great customer service!

Purchased new tv and since I was a total tech customer the geek squad remounted my sound bar system and made sure it was working correctly.

The agents mounted a 83” TV to the wall on a Sanus TV mount. Their workmanship is tremendously noticeable as the tv perfectly straight and secure.

Soundbars are not easy to install and successfully sync with the TV, but thanks to the Geek Squad installer, our soundbar works perfectly!
