The two young men who installed by TV & sound systems were 100% professional, knowledgeable, friendly, & punctual!

We were hesitant since this was an open box item but it works very well. It replace a 5.1 surround system and does very well depending on the sound source. Works great with DVD's, no so much with broadcast stations.

The Geek squad installed the new TV, sound bar and woofer and their work was fantastic!! They took the time to show us all the attributes of the TV as well as the sound system and the universal remote.

This technician from the Geek Squad was terrific. He knew exactly what he was doing; was very knowledgeable about the product and completed the setup in a reasonable amount of time. Was polite and professional.

they did a great job mounting the sound bar and making it look real good. They even ask if i want to hide the wires and used twisty ties so it look really clean

I dont know what they did or what happened. I just know nothing was messed up. So they did something right.

Best Buy canceled my installation twice and both times they did it the morning of the appointment. Not only is this experience frustrating, but each time they tried rescheduling me at the back of the queue, which was a week later rather than prioritizing my appointment ahead of others with a later scheduled date. In speaking with customer service I got the feeling that nobody really understood what was going on as I would get multiple different explanations for why my service was continually being canceled. Unfortunately, you’re speaking with a call center. I believe they’re in Guatemala who can only reschedule you instead of finding a solution. I will never purchase this service again.

The agents were very efficient, knowledgeable and explained how the TV and soundbar operated so we could understand the basics and then some.

They mounted my TV and it looks awesome! Even though the soundbar didn’t work the first time, they even came back a 2nd time to help me figure it out. Very helpful.

The geek squad has been here and I still don’t have sound coming through my sound bar he was just here on 6-11 today soon 6-12 I have no sound they are a very poor service
