They were able to mount my TV and connect in the other peripherals. I want it to go with it.

Techs did excellent job at connecting and demo of this product. Also performed cable management as per my expectations.

The team installed home theater system. They were great and knowledgeable. The scheduling department took 3 times to get it right though. They blamed it on the scheduling system..

Just had the soundbar fall off the wall when my wife was dusting it. Mind you she was using a feather duster and not really touching the soundbar but it came off the wall and looking at the mounting job done by the people bestbuy sent, they didn't even use the right screws!! I am not able to remount this to the wall. Thankfully I had our TV Stand in place so the sound bar didn't have far to go. HOWEVER this begs the question of how our dang TV is mounted!! If its the same terrible job then its only a matter of time before it comes crashing down! What in the heck?! How do i get someone from Bestbuy to come by and fix this mess?

I’ve had a great experience with the geek squad for this installation, stereo set up throughout the house, and other geek squad members establishing a consistent reliable Wi-Fi throughout the house.

The agent mounted the TV, but failed to mount the sund bar because they did not bring mounting materials.

The Geek squad came out mounted and installed the TV, sound Bar DVR, in less then 20 Minutes reprogramed the Direct TV remote, hauled away the old set. Great people and very friendly a 10

they did a great job mounting the sound bar and making it look real good. They even ask if i want to hide the wires and used twisty ties so it look really clean
