The team of three ppl were great. Got the sound bar mounted and programmed. But I don’t like to Sonos sound bar or bass and want to return them.

The installation and the installation team were a great disappointment. They did not pick up after themselves, left packing material and the boxes in our living room. I also discovered when I tried to watch our first movie that hey didn’t even complete the installation. We had to wait 20 minutes while the soundbar software updated Overall I do not recommend using Geek Squad for AV installation services

They answered some questions I had about tech. I had questions about the television and sound bar I recently required. They show me some things I didn't know.

The agents connected the sound bar to the mounted tv and walked me through all the steps to get the app started. They also took the time to show me how to use the sound bar.

The Team was great, and professional. I enjoy every day all the TV installation that was done and completed.

They mounted two tv’s for me but did not connect the tv to any of my devices. They did a good job mounting my tv’s.
