The technicians did a great job mounting my television and setting up the surround sound. I was happy with the end results.

Paid for Geek squad and got 2 guy from Modesto in their own vehicle. After reading the directions, said they weren't familiar with it, they seem to have it up but there is a noticeable gap between the bottom of the tv and sound bar. So far it's not driving me too crazy! lol. Wondering why I paid for Geek squad and get 2 random guys unfamiliar with what their doing. The wife and I could of did it if I would of know that!!

The agent connected everything but was unable to attach the speakers as I wanted because the screwa needed were not included in the parts .
