Agents mounted our soundbar after installing our TV. They did a great job and were sure to clean up the mess afterwards. Saved us the hassle of having to do it ourselves!

The install crew was great, but we now noticed that the sound bar has a dent on it.

Technition was fast and did a great job of instaling and explaing how everything worked.

Our new LG NANO tv is great. Has great color and the images look so real. Our Geek tech guys got us up and running in no time.

These guys suck. They put the tv and sound bar on the wall but they offered no help in the set up. You are much better off If you have a handy that is cheaper. The first group left a wire exposed in between the sound bar and tv .. I ended up calling a second group to hide that wire . Both groups offered no help in setting up the system . You are better off finding a cheaper handy man to put the tv and sound bar on the wall because they offer no help in setting things up .. I gave one star because the TV and sound bar haven’t fallen off the wall ( yet) ..

The Agent installed my sound bar and additional speakers perfectly and then demonstrated the effects of the system. Then walked me through the how of using the system.

I bought 3 led tvs from Best Buy and all mounted on the walls in my condo. They were extremely knowledgeable , helpful and quick in their service.

All of the connections looks very complicated to me. And I’m usually fairly handy with these types of things. The geek squad agent made quick work of it in a professional manner!
