    The soundbar was mounted upside down due to being sold the wrong bracket. Also, the controls were not set up proper to control sound. A 3rd party did the install, not Geek Squad.

    The soundbar was not connected or mounted. The sound bar was not need with the TV I purchased; therefore it was not mounted or connected
