Scott was great. He cane twice to endure that my tv and soundbar was mounted to my satisfaction

I got this when I bought my tv and it was recommended to me by Best Buy tech and so far so good

Friendly, kind, patient, and ensured i knew how to use and was satisfied with everything

The agents did an excellent job; as usual. This is a great value, especially with the discount received by having Total Tech Support.

The third party people didn't do a great job, but the geek squad made sure it was installed correctly.

Deliver TV, install mount on wall, and connect other devices to tv. Denon surround sound. Geek squad came to install these items and did not have all the proper cables to complete the job. Stated they must be ordered. Will return next week. Got a call stating they were to busy the following week so I have to wait additional two weeks to complete. Job got completed on the next scheduled appointment.

This squad did an outstanding job installing the wall mounts, TV and sound bar. Everything worked and looks great. They were also very fast and polite.

I had to schedule three appointments to get a sound bar connected to my outdoor TV. The first time the technician said the sound bar was incorrect for the TV. The TV and sound bar were Samsung. Also the mount was incorrect. Both items were purchased through the suggestion of one of your sales resin the store. Also my soundbar for my indoor TV works well but the mount is incorrect for the sound bar. Only one side of the sound bar is connected. The tech just left it like that. The second time the tech arrived with a bad attitude and said he could not connect the mount and sound bar because he needed another technician to help. He said he would put it in his report. He apparently did not because the third time, the tech arrived alone but was excellent. He was able to attach the mount and the sound bar by himself without removing the TV and then assisted in setting up the TV and my wifi system to work at it's best capabilities. His name was David and he was patient, professional and informative. He deserves attention.

Work was completed very quickly. Agent was courteous and obviously was trained properly.

Best Buy installed a sound bar that I purchased elsewhere. They arrived when they promised and installed the sound bar quickly. They connected it to my tv. No complaints.
