I had Geek Squad mount my new 83” LG G5, and they did an incredible job. The mount I had needed to be repositioned, and they handled it perfectly — leveled it out, secured everything, and made sure the swivel cleared the top of my fireplace mantle for the best viewing angles. The team was friendly, professional, and clearly knew their stuff. They took their time to get every detail right and left the setup looking flawless. 100% worth every penny for the peace of mind and the clean, precise finish.

The were excellent and really nice kids. Installation was completed quickly (for what it was). Everything was tested and working explained. Would recommend.

Excellent and worth the money. The guys who did the install were efficient, on time, and did a wonderful job. They installed a 77 inch G4 OLED above my fireplace. Took them maybe an hour but they were so personal and made sure I was satisfied before they left. The hooked up all my components and soundbar.

The guys who came from BestBuy were awesome, they were very professional made sure installing my new tv was to my liking and in height while setting it all up above my fireplace. They were very careful with everything and gave me instructions as well as helping me install apps and how to use everything. Matt is an awesome tech as well I learned allot. Great job!! Very pleased.

The Geek Squad service installing the TV was exceptional. I have an older house with plaster/latus/2X4 construction. I was afraid to mount the TV myself even thought the newer TV's are not that heavy. They did a great job and they were fun to work with. They also helped me move my older Samsung TV (90lbs) out of the way and into a corner of the living room.

The geek squad did an excellent job installing my TV and speakers. I will always recommend them to my friends and families.

I have been amazed at how professional my Tv Samsung art frame installers were. Also when I called in for additional Sonos speaker help, the tech was very courteous and helped me with my new install questions. Here’s the before and after photo.

Amazing! These guys were top notch. They went above and way beyond what they were hired to do. They helped fix all the problems a competitor's sevice created in my home. They also took their time making sure all of my external devices were hooked up properly. They also made sure I understood how everthing worked together. I would recommend these two guys over and over again.

Geek Squad mounting this 75" over my fireplace. They had no issues and in my opinion di a fantastic job.

Professional squad and did a good job overall. I had left the plastic tape on the sides intact so tv stays clean during installation handling. Dissapointed that had 2 dents inside and by the time the installation was completed and I removed the film, too late to return. Best Buy protection doesn’t cover this either so please inspect and remove all tape on the bevels etc to check. I am not sure why buy the protection from Best Buy if this is not covered?

I almost got a handyman to install my tv’s but I am so glad I did not. Jennifer and her team were true professionals and had all the extra equipment needed to complete the install and do it right. They measured to perfection and made sure everything worked correctly as they know what they are doing. They do it every day so there’s comfort in that. I will definitely recommend this service to anyone wanting to get it done right the first time with a guaranteed back up. Jennifer was outstanding.

The geek squad mounted my very difficult TV. There was only a half an inch to work with between the fireplace mantle and the ceiling. It was a tough job but they did it perfectly. I didn’t think it was going to be possible, but they did it!!

The team did a great job on communicating and listening to my concerns. The setup itself was great! I loved not having to have to ask someone to come help me this weekend to set it up. They were very thorough in making sure it was set to my liking. Would recommend them for any instillation after this great service!

Extremely satisfied with the Geek Squad service. Ana and her teammate arrived around 9:00am, well within the timeframe I was told and had my tv up in 30-45 minutes. Very efficient indeed. Her teammate was also kind enough to remove the cable sticking around. Oh, and they mounted it as close to the wall as possible! Very pleased with the outcome.

The mounting in and of itself was good. They did damage a small part of my fireplace but Best Buy handled it and repairs were made. Overall happy that I had it installed.

They had to drill through a porcelain wall. It was difficult, but they did it.

My new tv was installed promptly and correctly. The technicians were terrific.
