I’ve purchased this plan for numerous years without fail. The best feature WAS the included installation. Best Buy has dropped this forcing me to get what I need now and then cancel this Total Tech membership since they’ve eliminated the best and most useful feature of it. Congrats for your cost savings management. Deuces!!

I can't say enough about the professionalism of the Geek Squad's representative. We purchased a new television and sound system for our family room TV. I feel that the Geek Squad went above and beyond, going so far as to set up our apps (NetFlix, Prime Video, Hulu, HBOMax, Disney+, etc.) and having us log in. He instructed us on how to use the remote and give us many tips and tricks to make our experience so much better.

Garett and K____ were the best we from Best Buy so far. We have been very disappointed with the previous installation by a third party from Best Buy with our washer and dryer. But Garett and K____ were professional and communicated well with their arrival time. I wish they could take care of all my needs with Best Buy and Tool Tech.

The Geek Squad had to mount the TV to a brick fireplace. They were quick, professional, and cleaned up completely as they went.

The installers were great.. They explained everything about the TV. and made sure it was mounted correctly over the fireplace.

Your agent came on 6/23/22 to install a wall mount for our new TV that we purchased from Best Buy and he was the best agent that we have ever dealt with. Treavor knew what he was doing and very kind and well mannered . We purchased the wrong one fromAmazon so he had one on his truck so we did purchase it fro Best Buy and we were very happy with that item and his knowledge and workmanship. Thank you

The 2 agents mounted and installed our new 65" TV efficiently and they were extremely thorough and respectful of our property. From the unpackaging of our tv, to the bracket installation above the fireplace, and mounting the tv - it all went so smoothly! They also spent some time teaching us how to use the remote and navigate our 1st smart TV. We are very grateful to these 2 gals and we highly recommend the total tech support!!!

The Geek Squad was fantastic! They installed two TVs with advanced mounting. Service does not get any better. The crew was in and out in a few hours. This is the was to go for any tech that need to be installed.

The two gentlemen that came for the install were great. They knew what they were doing and talked me through each step so I could understand the process. They also doubled checked with me before doing anything to ensure the TV was placed where I would like and for the best picture from the couch. Highly recommend using Geek squad as they were wonderful to work with and took the stress off of me.

Great mount extremely sturdy. Easy to install. Could hide the cables no problem Setup crew was amazing, fast, and well versed in the mounting options.

Geek Squad installed a mobile TV mount over a fireplace, mounted the tv, connected soundbar and other audiovisual components. Arrived on time, were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and tested everything before they left. Highly recommend.

The guys came and took down my old TV, mounted the new one on the existing mount, checked to make sure everything was level, and then set everything back up. All the remotes, and gave me tips. One such tip was to use the Fire Stick rather than the programs on the television if you want to make the television last longer. I did not know that!!

Everette, geek squad is awesome! He mounted my spouses new tv in his bedroom. Explained everything about it and set it up ready to watch. I asked him to advise me about mounting my 77 inch in my living room above the gas fireplace. Now it’s done. Great service.

Geek squad installed my television over our fireplace. They took great care during installation, and it looks great. They demonstrated how to use it, and connected to our wifi, spectrum tv, and apps. They did an excellent job. Prompt, courteous, very polite.

Great job installing TV mount and mounting new Samsung OLED TV. Installers were very helpful in answering any questions that I had.

This mount was returned to the store for a credit as the mount that I already had in place is a better mount according to the technician. Did not use this mount.

The technicians did a wonderful job mounting our new Frame TV onto our fireplace. They made sure we were comfortable with the height it was being hung. They also made sure to clean up after the installation. Will use Geek Squad again in the future!!
