The mounting service and the workers were good and have good knowledge of their work

This service add-on is great for a straightforward over-the-fireplace installation as the installers were able to hoist and hang my 85” TV without damaging it. However, they were not willing to fish long replacement cables down a wall, into a basement, and back up to the living room even though they could have used the existing cables to pull everything through. The installers were courteous and honest on their capabilities. They were a third-party company as opposed to Geek Squad which did the long cable install 4 years ago without issue.

The mount placed over the fireplace was installed without any issues. It works well for the television purchased. The installers were efficient in their work and left nothing to be cleaned up behind. I would recommend their services.

This team was AWESOME! The installation was for giant TV system on a tile fireplace. The TV installation is perfect. They set up all of the software for the unit and soundbar, The team was super knowledgeable about how we can use our new generation TV with streaming. Also, I had to move the install a couple of times and Best Buy accommodated all my changes. THANKS!

It works great for the frame tv. It’s also very close to the wall.

Geek squad came out with two technicians. Expertly installed my samsung frame tv, provided suggestions for how to best position it for best viewing and then stayed and gave me a quick tutorial on how to navigate the remote control and app features. I cannot say enough about how easy they were to work with. They also took all precautions regarding covid while in my home. Excellent experience.

We were expecting a member of the Geek Squad to perform this service of delivering and mounting our new TV in our newly remodeled basement. The service was not completed by a Geek Squad member, much to our disappointment. It was done by a contractor from a company with whom we are unfamiliar. The young man did the bare minimum to complete the install/mounting. Once he got the TV mounted and connected, it needed to run through an update before the final setup. He got tired of waiting for the update to complete so he just left and we were tasked with trying to figure out the final setup on our own. We have been loyal Best Buy customers for many years and have had the Geek Squad deliver and setup multiple TVs. They have always stayed to show us the features of the TV we purchased and walked us through customization of our settings. This obviously did not happen with the contractor. In addition, once he left we noticed that the TV was not centered on the wall and we needed to have someone return to make it right.

The two young men that installed our TV and mounted it on the wall were very knowledgeable, efficient and polite.

Agents Mounted our tv to the wall mounting hardware but located it too low to the fireplace mantel. We requested them to come back to readjust the tv higher, but have not had a response to our request.

Installers were on time. Discussed options for installation. They were very professional and installation was completed quickly.

The TV mount was not needed. Luis and Hans arrived unschedule and did a great job installing and setting up our new TV. The most important service they provided was walking through and explaining how the new system operated. They answered my questions and had me go through the steps until they and I felt confident that i could handle the operations myself. Great service!

Had to install into a hundred year old plaster and lath wall. Super clean and neat. Great job, done very quickly.
