Team of Justin Heath and Chris were fabulous. They were knowledgable and answered a lot of questions that I had and that was very helpful to me. They were professional in every way possible. Very careful, and cared about doing a good job for the customer. I was very happy to have them work on my home entertainment equipment.

The process was very professionally completed. Unfortunately, the first TV was broken out of the box, but it was removed, placed back in the box, returned and a replacement was ordered. When it came in, the same crew returned and had it back up on the wall quickly and professionally.

The guys came and mounted our new 55" TV in a very efficient and knowledgeable way. They were able to use our old mount. They answered any of our questions. Highly recommend the Geek Squad.

Installation of my LG C2 television was flawless. The crew did a perfect job of installing it on a wall mount along with initial set up. Went over some of the basics to get me started. Professional from start to finish. Cannot recommend enough.

I would give a 5 star rating as the installers were nothing short of professional and very well organized. But my original appointment had to be rescheduled due to a computer glitch so I waited 3 extra days.

The Geek Squad is the Bomb ! They know what they are doing, have seen it all and have all the right tools and equipment. My mounting wall was concrete with a layer of plaster and paint. They handled it like it was solid wood with the greatest of ease.

The Geek Squad came in and did all the work while I watched. I avoided all the headaches of unpacking, lifting, reading instructions, organizing cables, clean up, hauling away trash, and wiping sweat off of my forehead. A no brainer investment. They were finished in no time because they do it all day long.

Both Tech arrived at assigned time and did an excellent job with the installation. They then set up the TV and provided an overview of how the TV works and all the settings. After that, they cleaned up the area and took all the trash with them. I plan on using the Geek squad again for all my electronics needs.

The installation was seamless the GeekSquad was very professional and skill level was excellent. The Geek Squad installed all devices and theyperforms exactly what we was looking for our outdoor entertainment center.

I was impressed on the great job the Geek Team did for us. They were very careful installing our new smart tv above the fireplace and they walked us through on how to operate the the tv. It was worth paying a professional like them.

The two agents who came to my home were AMAZING!!! They were quick, on time, and they know their stuff! I could not believe how quickly they did everything. And they were so friendly and professional. I'm very glad the salesman at Best Buy talked me into hiring them to install my system. Worth every penny!

This mount is a great mount. It folds into the wall so the TV is almost dead flat. It installs easily and the TV securely clips on. The Geek Squad had it up and going in less than 15 minutes. Very happy with this mount!

Know exactly what they are doing. Showed me how to use my new device. Answered all my questions. Left my place clean and neat. I will use them again in the future. Very professional and courteous. Came with all the right tools to do the job right the first time.

Unusual TV mount in a cabinet with the TV 30+ inches away from the wall. Took 3 to complete this service. While the cable hook up looks a bit messy, they were almost able to get the TV level which is difficult given the distance from the wall. Pleased with the overall service.
