My new tv was installed promptly and correctly. The technicians were terrific.

This was the best purchase we have ever made. The two member team was so amazing and professional. They brought our new 65" TV and mounted that along with our new wall mount above our fireplace . They took the time needed to do it right and we couldn't be more impressed!

Very professional and thorough! Cyril and Christian took the time to be sure they explained everything about the TV and surround system. I can't recommend them highly enough. Very confident and experienced in mounting in brick.

They guys who did our work were efficient and did a good job. However, Best Buy just raised their prices May 2 on installation and have now priced themselves out of my price range. Need to bring your prices back in line in order for me to keep using you. Even the Total Tech price is way too high now.

This refrigerator looks very pretty, we loved how it looked! However after just a few months, the insulation walling inside the freezer portion fell off and we are no longer able to slide the top tray into the freezer. Food items keep on falling over the bottom tray to the back of the freezer. This prevents us from closing the bottom freezer tray and we have to fish the items from below the bottom tray which is difficult to do. When we called best buy to use the “1st year manufacturer’s warranty” we were told that the fallen insulation is considered “ physical damage”. We only then found out how limited the manufacturer’s and extended warranty was. During purchase, we were told that the warranties covered everything. We find this to be deceptive and are very disappointed after decades of being Best Buy customers.

My total Tech protection had this 75" TV installed on my wall without me Even breaking a sweat. My freezer will be here in a few weeks they will also install that as well! Nothing could be better than having it installed for you.

83" Samsung TV mounted with rotator tilts with Samsung Sound card. This was best money i spent in a long time. A tilt tv install was amazing

The Best Buy TV install team did an excellent job with mounting the TV as well as the Sonos sound bar. They provided good feedback with placement for best viewing.

Geek Squad did a great time setting up my new TV and TV mount. They even reinstalled our Apple TV behind the TV and programmed it so it would still work! They did a great job.

Hey agents mounted my TV and removed the old one however they wanted to sell me another mount instead of problem-solving and using the current one until I probed a little further In the end they got it done
