The agents mounted my TV and reprogrammed my high tech remote to control all components

So Happy to have someone to mount the TV, it was quick and easy for someone who knows what they are doing.

This deals specifically with the "Add-on specialized TV mounting" that I was charged $129.99 for at the time of purchase. I was asked if the TV was to be mounted above a fireplace. I said yes, but we already have a mounting bracket on the wall. We are just swapping out the old TV for a new one. They said that if the existing wall bracket needs to be moved then I have to pay the $129.99. So Best Buy charged me for the service. The new TV was just installed and was mounted on the existing bracket. They did not do any drilling on the drywall. They did not move the bracket. We paid $249.99 for "TV Setup & Mounting" and should be refunded the $129.99. I asked the installers about this and they said the extra charge is for insurance in case they fall off the ladder. They had no idea what the add-on charge was for. I called to request a refund, was told my case needs to be escalated to a manager, was given a case number and told someone will call me within three days to discuss the matter. No refund or resolution has been provided.
