Need better service and support

What a mess

We ordered a specialized tv mounting over a fireplace. The price for the mounting was listed at $129. Lo and behold, they want to charge us an extra $200+. The website sucks. There are clear discrepancies with what’s online versus what they actually offer. Don’t bother with them.
