Never showed up on 3 appointments!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worst customer service I have experienced in my whole life( 70 years) Appointments set up for 3 occasions and in each case no one showed up and cancellation notice was morning of day of apppintment. I destroyed my BB credit card and cancelled order. 3 strikes and your out!! BB lost a customer and a $3k sale. Don’t recommend anyone ordering and having Geek Squad install. Don’t know how they will stay in business with this lack of customer service.
