A Spendy Unecessary Upgrade

Good install, poor tech support
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tech’s were polite, and friendly and did a decent job of mounting the TV although they placed it about 4” higher than we wanted. All of that was fine, however they really didn’t spend any time walking us through any of the features of the TV. Post install the Geek squad service is a joke. An hour or more on hold, transferred to 4 different support teams each saying they didn’t support what I was calling if for. I was casting from my Mac to the TV and it quit and would not allow me past the menu screen on the TV when trying to reconnect. I was finally connected to an overseas support group and couldn’t even get past the accent and all of the background noise. I finally gave up and canceled my subscription.
