I explained when purchase was made that tv would be mounted over fireplace. I was given the impression that the cables/wires would be hidden behind wall but they were not.

They did a great job mounting the TV. I was very surprised that they refused to instal my extra recepticals in the wall, behind the TV. It was really disappointing. Didnt even try. That's why only 3 stars.

Extra cost for this is unwarranted. Geek squad had previously installed a TV in the same location (over fireplace) and we were able to use the bracket that was already installed. Charge for special location over and above the installation charge for simple hanging a new TV is absurd. That being said the installation team was great!

Wish I could give it a 0 stars. The contractor and guys who came out did a great job, no issues with them. I have a huge problem with the Best Buy scheduling department. I ordered the tv in store. They scheduled install and delivery in about two weeks. They showed up, installed the tv, and it was broke. No big deal, reschedule and rehang right, 3 days later the new tv came in, they bumped me back to the bottom of the list and gave me a new install date about 2 weeks later. I was giving a time frame of 7am to 7pm. Pretty much all day anytime, called and they said they could not narrow it down. Took a day off work, and they never showed!!!!! Called the geek squad to find out what was going on, to find they had scheduled the install for that day but not delivery of the tv. They said the guys who install don’t deliver. I said well the guys who installed the broke one, brought it with them. They said they can’t. I quit arguing, said when you delivering and installing. Three days later the guys who install, cand and had tv with them. Tv is great! Best Buy geek squad scheduling needs big tin improvement!
