    Did not need over the fire place mount as it was done with the sony a80k mounted by best buy last go around.. double charge

    I tried the support channel that I paid a LOT for as far as I’m concerned. No help at all. In fact it was finger pointing to my cable company. I tried to explain why that wasn’t it. Ignored. I tried to get a phone call to get it resolved. Ignored.

    Was very disappointed with my installation process. I ended up mounting the tv myself after the crew didn’t show up until 9:30 pm. It wasn’t even Best Buy crew it was a hired service. I’ll just install myself like usual next time.

    Tech was using a 50” template on a 55” Samsung Frame TV. Also, they kept on drilling holes and didn’t ask me how high they needed for me to have the TV above the fireplace

    Very upset with the cancellation of the install. Best Buy canceled 2x with no explanation of why.finally the 3rd appointment was set and they showed up and did a good job.

    The store sent the wrong TV. The installers were nice, but said they called the store to fix the problem. When I called to check the status, no one had heard from the installers to make it right.

    Geek squad left the mount in the same place as my old tv and then told me they couldn’t mount the soundbar because there wasn’t enough room. Sound bar install was also included.

    6 times to deliver! Horrible service!

    It took 6 times for them to deliver and mount my TVs due to their system error! Nobody knows anything when you call and will transfer you to several people’

    The technicians very argumentative. Refused to put my tv over the fireplace with full motion mount bracket. Had to move my painting from tge other wall just to accomodate them being lazy.

    Sorry, I can't give this a good rating because he drilled holes in my ROCK fireplace in the wrong place and left big holes. I was taught measure twice, cut once.

    This feature was not required and technician stated that he would remove from the charges but we have not seen the charges removed and added back to our credit card. Date of install was June 30.

    Beware of add-on brackets!

    This universal bracket costs an extra $100 and results in a sub-par installation. The installer may push the bracket on you, because it makes the installation process easier for him.

    Your workers cracked my TV. They hung the TV without turning it on 1st and now I have a mounted cracked TV

    They never showed up! A third party tried to deliver without installing and I refused and cancelled the order. Completely unacceptable!!!

    tv was not mounted as I wished. a second hole was drilled. it was still not where i wanted and the guys said they can only drill 2 sets. how disappointing.

    Didn’t ask me where wanted to tv hung or check before was mounted. Then couldn’t hide wires in wall Was never told couldn’t Happen . Paid extra for the wall concealment

    The open box mount that I purchased did not have any of its components in to to mount it on the wall and it was a total waste of time and money.
