Geek Squad failed miserably

On two occasions the installers were a no show after I drove 85 miles to meet them at the house. They were in such a rush when they finally came that they left without properly showing us how to turn on the TV and use the remote. I even went to the store at Crossgates Mall and the supervisor spent an hour trying to solve the install problem then told me he would get back to me in a couple days...10 days later I had to call and complain nothing was being done

Not Happy!

Took the installer over three hours and kept calling for support. My son had to help him lift and position the tv. Store did not tell us a third party contractor was doing the install. Would not have agreed to that.

HDMI not connected

I my need another take to come back here and help me connect the HDMi cable on the back of the TV

Tv mount $500 ridiculously expensive

Unacceptable but did get to speak with scheduling agents in Colombia, South America and Panama. Central America. I am in Wilmington, DE. Unbelieveable.

Geek squad did not hang my tv correctly

Crooked tv
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Unfortunately our tv is crooked… and the installer ruined my rug by spreading brick dust all over it and walking on it. We have used bestbuy install before and had a great experience but not this time.
