I have used Geek Squad service a few times and they are ALWAYS amazing. This time was no exception—they even advised a better way to hang my TV so that it saved me some money on equipment I didn’t need. They were communicative, punctual, and very efficient. You will not go wrong using this group.

The Geek Squad did and excellent job of setting up the TV and got it up and running. They mounted it above my fireplace and hooked up my Comcast account . They showed me how to access my smart TV features. Not sure I could have done that by myself as these new TVs have many things that can be accessed. They were very patient with me and made sure I understood how to access the features and work my remote.

My new Sony 55" TV is simply excellent. It replaced a similar model (8 years older). The quality is perceptively better. Geek squad was easy to schedule, on time, and extremely helpful. I am an older adult, and he was quite patient in explaining the newer features and how they worked!

Agents were prompt and notified me 20 minutes before arrival. I was on a work call, and they were accommodating and I attempted to multi task. Both agents were cordial and mounted my tv perfectly to spec. They were cognizant of drilling as little as possible to avoid damaging my stone fireplace. Despite remounting the tv much lower, they only needed to drill one hole! Very pleased with the service.

Ant was great! Efficient, courteous, competent. This is my second Best Buy TV installation/set-up within the past nine months. The first in New York and now in Florida. In both instances the Agents were extremely impressive in how they went about their jobs. Best Buy is fortunate to have such dedicated employees who not only know what they are doing but also seem to enjoy what they are doing.

You could not ask more from the tech that came out, friendly courtesy. so why is it a 4? Partially my fault for not being specific on the placement of the sound bar, with doby atmos, I get a better sound when the Bar is located a little lower to get the best effect from the high directional speakers. It was more a communication issue. And it is no big deal. Still in CS terms, you got to get a ding, even for training purposes.

The agents were relentless in identifying the problem with our new 65 inch LG Old tv. They came back several times, once with a new TV, and ultimately found our "No Signal" problem. Our hats are off to them for their professionalism and the care they took to make sure we were satisfied. 5 stars the Geek Squad.

The agents installed a Roku Streaming Stick 4K - Streaming device with voice remote and long-range Wi-Fi. They were fast, efficient and very polite! They then spent time teaching us how to stream and explained the various programs available to purchase. We were able to ask questions and were impressed with their knowledge of how things worked in streaming.

The tv was installed with precision and care. It is wonderful. They attempted to synch all my devices to one remote, and were successful at first, but now I have to turn the TV on separately. Not sure why the remote dropped the signal. I will check with the Geeks and see if they can fix it.

These individuals are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, accommodating and know their jobs very well. Their scheduling system is designed with the customer in mind to accommodate changes to the schedule by the customer if necessary. I am super happy I hired them. From start to finish the process was pleasant and easy. They deserve more than five stars.

Upgraded our tv and Geek Squad did the install. The two installers we fantastic. They were knowledgeable, nice, and even funny. They were able to use the existing mount and making sure that the sound bar below it was going to fit so I didn’t have to relocate it. They walked me through everything which was great because I am not tech savvy. Overall I had a fantastic experience using Geek Squad.

These technicians were fast and efficient. If I could give 10 stars I would. I already had an old television mounted on my fireplace. The techs removed the old set, installed the new one and gave me instructions about using the T.V. They also cleaned up the mess I had behind the old T.V.- (I had cords hanging everywhere). Thank you for your service. I appreciate you so much.

The install team was great. They showed up on time and had all the tools and skill to complete my install. I would definitely use them for all install needs.

The installation of our TV wall mount above our fireplace could not have gone better. The team was friendly, fast, efficient and tidy. Electronics were all configured correctly (with a couple of improvements to the previous set up). Everything was explained clearly and in detail, including instructions for contacting them directly if we had any problems. Which we didn't! Can't recommend them highly enough.

I purchased specialized tv mounting for my 65 in tv over my fireplace. They did a good job. Measured, mounted and cleaned the space after they finished.

They were clean, knowledgeable, cared about my home, and enjoyed their job. They represented the Geek Squad very well.

Brittain was a great specialist and installer. He answered all my questions so I would understand everything about my new TV installation.

The two techs that came to my house to mount the bracket and tv on the wall were outstanding. They called and came ON TIME. Once at my home, they were friendly, professional, and asked our throughts about the height of the tv and gave us their input also. Before I knew it. The tv was on the wall and working. They then made sure we knew how to use the remote and when yhey left it was as clean as they first got there. They were amazing!

Very helpful and honest on what was needed and what could be returned. Great work on hanging the tv without much if any mess.

The Geek Squad members once again exceeded expectations. Different members deinstalled a 52” set one day & reinstalled it at a different location the following day. Both actions were done on time, neatly and quickly. These PROS are a large reason I buy from Best Buy!
