The two techs that installed the mount and TV did a great job. They installed them on a beautiful rock wall with uneven surface. They were very personable and obviously have the skills needed for a tough installation like this one.

One of the better install and delivery service calls I have ever had and Geek squad techs really know what they are doing and not only installed and hung this TV to specifications, they went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied and taken care of before leaving the call. Awesome experience.

The team arrived on time and went right to work. They were knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. Creating the best possible solution for my new TV setup. I would recommend adding Totaltech for this purchase since you get all the advantages for 1 year for the price of the install and future installs are included.

I had an existing mount, but the LG TV I purchased had the mounting element at it's base and would have caused the TV to sit abnormally low on the wall. Craig recommended we move the mount up. I appreciate that he brought this out and allowed me to make the call before proceeding adding more holes to my wall.

Anthony of the Geek Squad did an excellent job of installing our 55” TV over our fireplace mantle. He was ver professional and very precise on his mounting of the TV and attachment of the dish box and accessories that needed to be attached to the back of the tv. He could not have done a better job and he was punctual in his appointment time and the completion of the installation.

This item is fine. The problem is that we were misled in the store when we bought it. We were told that it absolutely would swivel our new TV out 90 degrees to the wall. The GEEK Squad delivered and installed it. IT WILL NOT SWIVEL 90 DEGREES TO THE WALL. We should have been led to a larger mount for our new TV while buying in the store.

i bought a 75 inch sony and the best sanus mount. when you are getting something that big, it's time to let the professionals put it up for you. they were done in 45 minutes with a chore that i am sure would have taken me hours. they did a fine job and were also able to answer every question i had. i have always been impressed with geek squad.

The agents mounted, installed and got me up and running. They were super kind, knowledgeable, very helpful, kept the area clean and provided exceptional customer service. If I could give more stars, I would!

The Geek Squad went above and beyond my expectations! I had the wrong mounting bracket, so they went back to Best Buy, got the correct bracket, returned to my house, and completed the installation that day. I was beyond hreatgul for not having to reschedule!

Geek squad was awesome! Super friendly and efficient; used shoe coverings and kept work area very neat and of course removed all related trash. Kept me informed throughout project.

I only wanted a mount, basic connect and verification all was working as expected while the rest of the LR was being upgraded and had the Geek Squad do this as a "just in case" moment. The guys did a great job putting the mount (full motion) and TV up. They were efficient, knowledgeable and even cleaned up after themselves.

I did not require Geek Squad service due to the fact that I picked up my Sonos sub and installed it myself. The only difficulty I had was interfacing my IPhone with my wifi. I discovered this was because I have a small metal band around my phone cover that interfered with the connection with the wifi. Once I removed it the installation was smooth and pleasurable.

Brad and Skyler were excellent. They mounted my TV on my fireplace profile as I requested; took time to demo the features of the Frame TV which I had purchased. I was most impressed.

Garrett Heins was the best agent. He was extremely helpful and went beyond by setting up all my apps and telling me what I needed to do to get those ugly cords and cables hidden away.

I cannot express enough how fabulous the Geek Squad team was in everything they did with the mounting of the TV's and building up the TV-Fireplace stand - omg - just obsoletely worth every penny I spent to have the Geek Squad in my life.

The agent mounted the TV beautifully, even centered it above the mantel. Only issue we had was he couldn't get it working. He suspected electrical outlet wasn't properly connected. After he left, I checked the batteries in the remote and noticed one was installed incorrectly. Once corrected, it worked perfectly.

Geek Squad ce to mount my new smart tv and sound bar. I am very pleased with their ability to mount everything without any wires showing. They were even nice enough to ensure my sound system worked before leaving.

The universal mount is coming in handy since the lead design consultant sold us the incorrect projector for our space. Luckily the this mount they already installed will work with another projector of our choice! Be sure you work with someone who knows how to measure distance/image/screen size etc.

With the advance electronics today you may need the advice of a good technician. The cost can save you money in the long run. The Geek Squad at Best Buy can recommend the right equipment and finish a professional installation.
