Waited weeks for the installation as there were no appointments available for 2 weeks out. The night before got a text stating that the installation was on for tomorrow and that someone would reach out in the morning. Following morning no one called. By 130 pm I called and they said they had canceled the installation and it needed to be rescheduled. Was home from work waiting for this installation. No warning - no email - no call. They said next available installation was a following 2 weeks out meaning at that point I would have waited almost 1 entire month to get my televisions mounted. I paid them 500 dollars for this job as well. Super frustrating especially having been here waiting for people who were never going to show up and who never alerted me of it. I also pay a yearly fee - something like 200 or 300 bucks - to be a total member or whatever. It doesn’t make me superior to any other Best Buy customer - just seems crazy that I throw them all this money and that’s how they treat their customers. Super annoying. If someone could have reached out I could have gone local and had these mounted over a week ago

The agents did an excellent job in setting up my new television and properly mounted it on my wall. They answered all of my questions and gave me great advice and suggestions. I would use them again for future projects. Good job!

Sean and Taylor were very nice and did a great job. I had them install an atypical mount (Mantelmount) and did it with diligence and patience. I would definitely want them again.

Buying the new Sony OLED TV was a great experience and getting the Geek Squad to install everything was absolutely the best. they were very professional and knowledgable. Everything was explained in detail. I would recommend the Geek squad to help with any smart TV installation.

The crew who installed our TV’s - Bret- Forrest and Dwayne did an outstanding job! Words don’t accurately express how professional, kind and courteous they were. Our install was a training opportunity and we were so impressed with the interaction between the instructor and the apprentice! Well Done Guys!

Total Tech is the most valuable service we have purchased in years. Not only is the team efficient, they are friendly and provide the education needed. The Total Tech team is the primary reason that Best Buy is our go to store annd has been for years.

The two techs were great. We had a problem with our builders when they installed the tube for t’he HDMI cable. This job took a lot longer than what it should have no fault at all to the geek squad. They were very patient and hung in there until the problem was corrected. Plus they did a beautiful job installing my Wall mounted TV.

We received Excellent service from both Geek men who game and helped us with the installation of our 65 LG TV OLED. They were professional and courteous and will continue to use Geek Squad.

Nathan and Pon were fantastic and went the extra mile to troubleshoot our installation. We were concerned about the geek squad subscription after having a bad experience getting help in the past on their phone in service. But as far as installation, these guys were the best! Very professional and knowledgeable.

They gave me some very valuable tips on operating my home theater system in conjunction with my internet and cable supplier.

I appreciate how helpful and accommodating it is to work with Geek Squad. I have no reservations when it comes to them helping me from technical set ups to simple labor installs! One of the few services I pay for (total tech support) that is totally worth it. Keep up the fantastic work!

The installers arrived on time. They installed all equipment as requested. They were very clean and respectful of our property. They took the time to answer all our questions and even give belly rubs to our dog. They used booties for their shoes and laid out blankets for our carpets. They also wore their masks properly.

Knowledgeable techs but management had not allowed sufficient time for the complexity of the installation despite the preliminary survey nor had management sent a both crew and a truck adequate to remove the old large RCA cathode ray tube, also noted in the preliminary survey.

I was worried about installing a TV over my old fireplace, but the technicians did a great job assuring me and doing the install as needed.

Geek squad is well worth the money. They are professional in every way. I have used them on multiple occasion. After an installation they called me the next day to check that everything was working as it should. I had a question about something and they even stopped back by the house the next day to help me. Love Geek Squad.
