They went over and beyond , everything went smoothly but the sound bar was defective! The guys went and got another one and installed it in half an hour. Made sure everything worked properly! Will rate them 100%

On time, called to tell me when to except them, went right to work, quickly go tv mounted & set up, sat down & went thru channels, tv set up, showed features of the tv. Technician was very knowledgable & courteous!

they were very personable had to come back second time due to wall needing repair . even though was marked they drilled extra hole in my wall , doesn't show since TV there. would recommend the geek squad as they are pretty knowledgeable and prompt

Tech's Joseph and Victor were great! They were quick and even helped with leveling TV I mounted. My internet was disconnected during installation due to construction in the middle of last installation and I was able to call them to walk me through the last set up by phone.

The service installer was great. He mounted the TV and ran the necessary wires through the wall. His work quickly put our minds at ease when we saw how meticulous he was.

It was a difficult job to mount a 65 inch smart tv above the fireplace but they did an excellent job and you can't see any wires.

Geek Squad agents mounted the TV and made all necessary connects to the accessories. Both agents were very polite and professional. When the install was completed, they took the time to explain what was done and then proceeded to show how everything worked, I was very impressed.

The agent was very patient, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me. In the end I didn’t get my TV mounted because the would be dangerous and the agent was very diligent and thorough.

I wasn’t sure the TV could be mounted to the stone above the fireplace. Our tech didn’t even bat an eye. He was very personable and easy going. Highly recommend Geek Squad for TV installations!

The Geek Squad guys were personable and funny. They installed my 65" tv with precision and explained why a Sonos speaker would create a much better sound than the tv's actual speakers.....and they were right!
