Only took them 1hr. and 15 minutes to disconnect a 75 inch and replace it with a 77 inch and hook everything up.

The young men from the Best Buy Geek Squad were the best! They hung 3 TV's in our Air BnB and did an amazing job and even swapped out a tv mount I had bought from Best Buy for a more adequate one. I am very impressed!

Agent Chris is amazing He perfectly mounted our new 65 inch TV above the fireplace giving us the ability to tilt it so we can view it from our kitchen as well. He has the patience of a saint making sure all the functionalities were explained to us.

The Geek Squad had excellent communications with us prior to their arrival. They had all the parts and tools that were needed and were very professional. They even downloaded all of the apps we use and made sure they were working properly. Well Done.

This installers were excellent. Well trained, they new exactly what to do and even recommendations for the tv settings. i specifically chose best buy because I wanted turnkey service. They absolutely met my expectations and would bot hesitate to use them again.

The agents mounted the TV fine and cleaned up the area well. We did not notice until later that they broke a stone off the fireplace. We were able to repair it but it would have been nice if we were told.

I wasn't happy with the initial installation but, to their credit, the Geek Squad came back and adjusted the mounting at no charge. I now feel that I can wholeheartedly recommend them. I'm glad we went with Best Buy and the Geek Squad for our TV and mounting.

The Best Buy agents suggested a mount for my soundbar when they mounted my TV over the fireplace. I'm glad I purchased it. It works, and looks, great. Much better than having the soundbar on the fireplace mantle as I had (poorly) planned!

They dismounted the broken TV and re-mounted the new TV in about 20 minutes. That included clearing out the packaging, aligning the TV angle for me and setting up the streaming service for me. Great work guys!

Love these guys! They have wall-mounted several TVs with hidden power cords and have always done an awesome job. Also very professional and friendly.

The guys from Geek Squad came out and installed my 75” LG NANO 90. They mounted the articulating mount to the wasp and the screen. Then they placed the screen onto the mount. It’s not going to fall off! Also, Geek Squad ran cables in the walls for a seamless look!
