The agents utilized my existing tv mount without question. They ascertained the proper distances for clearance within the recessed area and made sure all connections would function properly without interference.

Great job by the two Geek squad techs installing the tv mount into a plaster wall, then hanging the tv, and finally helping me with the setup so it was up and running b4 they left.

The staff is always amazing. We used their installation services for a flat screen on a brick wall for a house-warming gift for our son's first home.

This Mount allows the TV to be pulled out and turned in either direction. With Best Buy knowing what matched the TV and installing it my time and stress was very limited.

The employees installation was great and their interaction was great as well. However, charging me to install above a fireplace into the drywall was nothing shy of a money grab. That is your policy and that is fine. I have purchased a lot of items from Best Buy but this simply left a bad taste in my mouth. I will look elsewhere for the future.

The Geek Squad guys who helped me were fabulous (shout out to Mike and Scott). If I ever have any other work needed by the Geek Squad, I prefer to work with just these two guys.

The squad was wonderful. Showed up on time, actually early, very professional, wore shoe protectors. Work was performed perfectly, explained how it all worked, then cleaned up. Love Total Tech.!!
