Not creative
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very disappointed that our Geek squad rep was so absorbed with what he couldn’t do and not willing to consider another solution. The young man was knowledgeable but couldn’t come up with a creative solution to our issue. We felt we paid for creativity and were met with rigid thinking. The work they were willing to perform was acceptable.
