Disappointing Install
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The installation agents initially mounted the TV incorrectly, and I had to explain—using a translator app—how the mount was supposed to be installed. As a result, we now have additional drywall repairs to complete. In addition, the agents did not leave the mount covers or the backup mount that came with the TV. The agents were nice, but it was awkward explaining they didn’t do it correctly.
