    This is the 2nd time I have used Geed Squad for TV mounting due to the Total Tech program and it will definitely be my last. Again, I pretty much had to tell them how to do their job. . . how to route cables and connect equipment for proper positioning against the wall and worst all. . . how to measure for proper mounting. . . as they had to drill holes 5 times before getting the TV positioned correctly. Unbelievable and this was especially concerning as it was a very large 85" TV. They don't zip tie anything up and just leave wires and components hanging loose behind the TV. I had to tie it all up myself after they left so the cables wouldn't keep falling down and showing under the TV. Will get rid of total tech and hire a true professional next time for sure.

    very expensive add on in addition to tv mounting fee, they do not help with adding or relocating studs so it was mounted too high for me where the wires show
