    TV mounted was ok....

    They mounted my T V that was ok , but the TV & the surround sound didn't work. They said it was my cable, but it wasn't I have 5 others TV they all working . I got my own TV working after 4 weeks being without it , since October 27, 2023 .Surround sound stilled not working.

    The team has been out twice and I still don’t have a mounted soundbar. The first time, they brought the wrong soundbar. The second time, they brought the wrong mount. Ridiculous.

    Totally screwed up my new stone fireplace. This was a disaster mounting the TV. Please just step up and rectify or you may lose a long term customer who has purchased many computers, appliances, phones and TVs over many years. What is going on at BB. I’ve called, went to store, and nobody can solve the problems

    There were clear notes describing the custom surfaces for install, however the crew showed up ill-equipped to do the job, not having the appropriate drill bits. Everytime another TV was mentioned they kept trying to upcharge for installing, but they never even completed the number of TV's on the original invoice. Now I'm forced to wait with drill marks in my tiles and tv's on the floor

    Worst service every. Geek Squad screwed up and misscheduled appointment made 3 weeks earlier. Stood up and no one could do anything about it because of ridiculous system that keeps telling them tech is on the way for 24 hours after the appointment is cancelled by them. Then first reschedule is another 3 weeks later. Tearing up my Best Buy card. Will never shop there again

    Disappointed in the installation service. Not only did they leave dirty handprints all over my walls but they also failed three times at putting the television up above my fireplace. There are several sets of holes and wall anchors that they created. The TV was mounted off center. I had to pay for someone other than Best Buy to install it correctly.

    Installers refused to do in wall cable concealing. Said I need to buy a power kit. Was confused bc I have 6 outlets behind TV. Asked why and they could not give me an answer just refusal. Usually top notch workers but not this time. Also have not received a credit for the service that was provided. So now I will spend more time chasing that task down as well.

    Not a pleasant experience. Technician was rude and obviously did not want to do the job he was hired for. His assistant was amazing, she was attempting to explain her thoughts also. He was just dead set against doing his job. Still haven’t heard back from his supervisor. This was over a week ago. Customer service is going down hill.

    No appointment was available for almost two weeks with a time slot of 7:00 A.M. -7:00 P.M. so we just had to take off work to be there. The. Late afternoon the installation guy called to say I can’t make it over there. “I’ll just have to take a sick day”. Horrible service!!!

    Went to the wrong address and would not help us reschedule. Completely dissatisfied with Best Buy. Will never shop there ever again. Geek squad in Clearwater unwilling to correct problems in appropriate time. Canceled order.

    They weren’t able to mount the Tv. I had to pay a service provider 400 to do it. It was disappointing because the sales person looked into this and reassured me it was possible

    Geek Squad can not service Magnolia equipment

    Geeknsquad showed up and could not mount the TV because it was connected to Saclvant which they do not support. Even thoigh you can buy savant at best buy from Magnolia whoch is owned by Best Buy. Terrible service.

    installers did not tighten screws on TV brackets. when husband attempted to center TV, the right side fell off the wall! thank goodness he caught it while I ran to get a ladder. We had to take the TV down, attach the brackets and reinstall ourselves.

    Very unreliable scheduling. Appointment confirmed and later cancelled five consecutive times. Gave up on Geek Squad installation and will for an independent installer

    Not sure after purchasing the Total Tech the installer said he couldn’t mount the TV. Now I have to find someone to install the TV which will be an added cost. I should not have purchased Total Tech
