The agents hooked up everything needed to be done —the lead installer was a perfectionist was very knowledgeable and as they we’re doing the install he made sure he told his partner on every move he made was very pleasant Ang definetly quality minded the company should fine some kind of recognition award

When I finally got the correct mount geek squad completed the mount job that two other services where unable or unwilling to do. Margin for error was slim and special material behind wall. Squad came in and knocked it out with confidence and superior expertise. Thanks!

Best Buy Geek Squad did not show up on their scheduled install day. We made three phone calls that day in which we were reassured that they would come out and install the TV. So for 12 hours we sat on our house waiting for them. Extremely frustrating. When they did finally reschedule and install the TV they overcharged me for the services. Which added to the frustration because I had to go to the store three different times to get the invoice cleared up and the charges were put on my Best Buy credit card and I had to make sure that they came off before the next bill came out. I've used Geek Squad in the past On several different jobs and they've usually done a great job for me so I'm very surprised How bad this experience was.

I was amazed by the team from Geek Squad that installed my TV. They worked together without much interaction. My TV was installed within 30 minutes. One team member even showed me how to program my bedroom TV that I purchased at Best Buy months earlier. They left my place cleaner than when they arrived.

The work was excellent....but disappointed to incur additional charges for mounting over the fireplace...it's not about the $$..but I went to great detail explaining what had to be done when I purchased the services in the store. Including photos of our wall mount...your rep kept saying no problem...believe I was deceived by your sales rep in the store...just to make a sale...BUT the field guys were GREAT!!

The TV was an open box so not all of the pieces were available. So the tech explained the details and advised us to ask the sales person where at the Best Buy where we purchased is he could get the mounts. We did, he was able to get the mounts. We installed based on advice from Total tech technician. Thank you Best Buy, the financing was a major consideration when purchasing this TV.

The 2 gentleman that came to install my tv were awesome. They mounted, connected and verified everything was working with only 1 remote. They also picked up any mess they made. They were awesome and if I need anything else done I will be sure to ask for the same 2 gentleman. Thats what you call excellent service.

I believe this add on for surfaces is wrong especially when it is a normal surface this is going on. Had pictures to negate any issues when subcontractor mounted the TV. If they have any experience at all this is just an extra charge to possible cover any oops I messed up.

Added a $130 fee upon arrival. He said I should have been told at the store about the additional fee. It was very frustrating. Items were sent in two different trucks. He had to leave and go meet the other driver to get all of the pieces.

Excellent customer service. The techs were on time, removed my old TV and set up the new one with my old speakers. Worth every penny. Thanks Ryan and Cesar for a great job. Would recommend you guys any day!!!

Excellent job by the two installers. Very professional and careful while working in my home. They answered all of my questions and gave me a tutorial on how to operate my new Samsung Frame TV. Highly recommend this service.

I thought I was just an additional charge until the crew showed up and took care in placement of the new tv over the fireplace and optimum viewing angle. Definitely worth the price for the extra time and care.

I could not have mounted that 65" TV on the wall myself. The Geek Squad made it happen for me. They routed the cables behind the wall (conduit was already there). They connected everything.
