The installation team was top-notch and did an amazing job with the fit and finish. This product gives my entertainment system the professional look I was hoping for.

Everything was hooked up and mounted properly. The only issue is that my stereo surround sound isn't hooked up properly and I don't know how to fix it. I get sound from my two big speakers, but now sound from the other's. I'm not experiencing a full surround sound.

The agents mounted my tv in a very timely manner. They were very professional and polite, while answering my questions and explaining the nuances of the system, which was much appreciated.
