    There was a problem with the screws being stripped on the mount with my old TV. The geek squad did not give up and got my old TV off!

    Team that can was not familiar with my TV and I was informed I would need to mount the Samsung “one-connect” box below the TV… which was not the case, the Samsung TV has a location on back of TV to mount the “one-connect” box. I ended up mounting the TV myself.
