I understand that the television was quite heavy. I requested it mounted midway between the top of the piano and the top of the drapes. They way it was mounted it looks as if it is sitting on top of the piano which throws the balance off. They did not come equipped with step stools or anything. They had never seen the mount before. They were supposed to hide the cables and didn’t even though the television has a built in cable management system. I told them I wanted to mount the soundbar beneath the television and there isn’t even room for that

Don’t ever use this service. I’ve been stuck in the “in transit” phase for over 2 weeks my TV’s are on the floor and I’ve calling every single day for the last 2 weeks a tech was supposed to come to install mount my tv’s 2 weeks ago on Saturday November 8 but never showed up neither did I ever get an update. At this point I don’t even want the service, I’ve been trying to get a refund for the last 3 days but they don’t even want to do that and they don’t want to send a tech out either, ive payed a total of 424.58$. I just want my money back at this point. I’ve wasted 2 weeks and got robbed out of 424$.

The technicians failed to install the mount perfectly and caused damaged to the expensive porcelain tile wall above fireplace thought after paying extra $99 + tax on top of basic mounting service. I would not recommend Geeksquad unless the issue is resolved.

Bought a 75” Samsung TV together with a Sanus mount and installation services. The TV was hung on drywall and the screw punctured tile in my adjoining bath. The TV is great but competence of BestBuy employees responsible for the installation leaves a lot to be desired.

I used Geek Squad to mount my TV and install it on the wall, and I’m really happy with how it turned out. The technician confirmed stud placement, made sure the mount was level, and checked the height with me before installing. The TV sits close to the wall, looks clean from the side, and feels very secure — no wobble or tilt issues. They worked efficiently, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up when finished. Having this done professionally gave me peace of mind, especially with a larger TV. Minor note: the appointment window was fairly wide, but once the technician arrived, the install itself was smooth and well done. If you want a clean look and don’t want to risk doing this yourself, Geek Squad is worth it.

Jaime and Dustin did an amazing job hanging our 100 in tv. These two professionals were customer oriented in every aspect. They gave my wife and I Exceptional and Outstanding Customer Service. They took their time throughout the whole process and stayed until the job was done to protection. We can't thank them enough for the superb job; bar none.

Excellent professional service, very exprience, 2 men, extreml knowledge of the product, mounted to a mobile stand, showed me how to use the TV and sou d system, cleaned up and disposed packing material, great service.

They did an amazing job putting the TV where I wanted. I outlined the dimensions on the wall with painters tape and they where able to get close to what I wanted. Fast and accurate service.

Rodrigo and his associate did an excellent job installing my 65" TV! He went above and beyond expalning everything in detail, was efficient, freindly, professional and super helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. My new TV is perfeclty positioned on the wall above my media stand and looks fabulous! Thank you for a job well done- very happy customer. :)
