The technician did a great job and was very knowledgeable and helpful. He even gave me information that was not directly related to the calibration

The agent calibrated 2 HDTVs and did an excellent job. He was very knowledgeable and meticulous Melinda sure they were as accurate as possible. The picture looks great. Highly recommended.

Definitely recommend this service for anyone wanting to extend the life of their television and optimize their viewing experience. Huge difference and wish I learned of this service earlier.

I'm still not sure what TV calibration is, but I feel better knowing that it's been done. Maybe it's my imagination, but the picture seems clearer, and if I hadn't had it done, I would always wonder what I might be missing.

The agents mounted the sound bar to the tv and programmed one remote control to operate both the tv and sound-bar. However, the remote is no longer powering off both the tv and sound bar.

If you have the total tech support this is a great value on your high end TV for only $50. Not sure I would spend the full retail of $300 on it and not all TV's need it. Definitely improved quality on my 85" Sony 4k

Our rep was fantastic and very knowledgeable. TV looks great!! Not what I expected because I was thinking it would be all about the picture have bright colors and but instead its real life colors and its a perfect picture. VERY SHARP!

I did not realize how distorted the color was on my new 75 inch Samsung. The technician explained the calibration was unique to the TV, the room, the lighting, etc. He was correct.

They came out and calibrated the color on my 75” Samsung TV. What an AMAZING difference in picture quality and color. You’ll never get it set the way these guys can with there calibration equipment. And it makes the tv last 10xs longer

TV calibration has given the picture on my television a much clearer, and sharper, more defined look. Highly recommended.

Purchased a Samsung Q90R and was sold on the Calibration to the the “Elite Picture Quality”. Tech came out and performed the Calibration but it seemed to make the picture quality look poor. When I brought it to his attention he seemed to get defensive and stated he made it more of a realistic picture and not the quality you see in the store. After a debate on picture quality we left the TV as is. That same night I tried to watch a 4K movie and the quality was terrible. Blurry scenes, extreme low lighting, extreme blooming effects and the list goes on. I reached out to Best Buy to have the TV Re-Calibrated, set the appointment for a week out. Appointment date comes and two tech shows up and another debate ensues. How I’m used to a picture a certain way, how thats what Calibration is, how I’m been brainwashed to see things a certain way, just the lack of effort they put in was appalling. The whole ordeal was frustrating. Long story short they were asked to leave and a refund request was submitted which I’ve yet to see. This was a complete waste of time. I put the TV back to the Natural settings and that works better than a paid Calibration.

Wow!!!! If you have an OLED TV, I highly recommend to calibrate your TV. The color performance is so natural.

After several months of 'breaking in' my new 4kUHD TV, I had the calibration done. TV looked great before, now waay better! They were quick and explained everything they did and answered my questions

I was hesitant about spending the money to get my Samsung 55" Smart TV calibrated. It comes with a guarantee -- if you don't like it they will reverse the calibration. OMG -- the picture came ALIVE in my room. Amazing difference, the Tech also said it reduces the heat generated from the TV and the TV will last longer. I was amazed at the difference, the picture is perfect -- I had the Tech do my other 50" flat TV that I have. Now both TV's are absolutely stunning. WELL worth the money -- I would do it again and I HIGHLY recommend to anyone to get the calibration done with a flat panel TV. Best Buy is a fantastic company -- their TECH - Geek Squad are amazing. They are so informative and they also calibrated my Blue Ray DVD players - which is included in the TV calibration cost so when I play DVD's (not always blue ray) the picture is amazing.

I am absolutely shocked at how much more accurate the image is now that my 950g has been calibrated. I can’t recommend this service enough to eliminate the over saturated colors TVs are predisposed to display.
