Very professional and thorough. Noticed a difference right away. Settings were adjusted specifically for the room. Lots of light in the room, so adjustments really helped the picture quality!

After almost 2 hours the ISF Tech really knew how to use his Calman equipment. The TV picture on my Q80R looks smooth and colors were natural. I am VERY happy with what he was able to do.

My agents were very professional and knowledgeable and extremely courteous. They calibrated the color on my TV. I was very happy with their excellent service.

The Geek Squad person did a phenomenal job. He explained everything and made sure my wife and I where happy with the calibration. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

You will get a nice ISF certified person that will calibrate one setting day OR nite. You will NOT get an output of a before and after. You will not get a copy of what was changed. If you have an LG TV like me, go to Reddit or AVForum and use settings listed there. I can’t tell ANY difference after calibration and I used the AVForum settings. When I asked for the before/after settings he said “we don’t do that anymore because it’s too hard with the BB firewall and our field laptops to send the settings to customers.” When I asked for a list of what he change he said “you can copy that from the TV, just go thru the (12) menus” So how about the calibration for the dark room? “It’s not really going to be that much different, so I don’t do it unless you have a theater room”. Would I like a partial refund? Yes. They did something, even if I can’t notice, but they did not deliver what was purchased.

the geek squad agent was very good at explaining what he was doing. he explained what i should see after he was finished. he showed me a before and after graph. there is definatly a difference in picture.

I highly recommend purchasing the TV calibration! It makes a huge difference and looks so realistic! I'm very satisfied and will be purchasing the calibration for future TV purchases

HAD MY LG 55 NANO CELL TV CALIBRATED , AND I LOVE IT. IT MADE MY PIC LOOK GREAT. WOULD RECCOMMEND BUYING TOTAL GEEK SQUAD FOR YEAR, AND THEN PURCHASE CALIBRATION.

I had my tv professionally calibrated. The agent was quick and answered all my questions. I was very impressed with the level of service that he provided.

Not so sure about this. My wife wanted it done, she’s not sure about it either. We reverted our old settings.

I have to admit that I was not expecting to be impressed on the calibration of our new television set. Thought we were probably wasting our money. The picture was so good to start with, how could it be improved? However, it really did look better after the tech did the calibration. (It is done approximately one month after you have the television installed.) He showed me what he was doing and how he was adjusting the colors, especially facial colors. He showed me the "before and after" results, which was interesting. I liked the end result so much that I decided to have him calibrate our older Panasonic plasma tv while he was here. Very pleased with the result!

I paid for the Calibration at the store and they told me they were having computer issues so they couldn’t schedule it. They said they were going to call me so we can schedule it. That didn’t happen so I had to call myself. They said they were going to look into it and call me back. Again, it didn’t happen so I went back to the store. They manager was very nice and said he was going to call other offices and make sure it would be scheduled for me blah blah blah. He “promised” someone was going to call me back in the next 2 days. 4 days passed and nobody called me so I went back to the store and asked for my money back. The guy who did the return said he was going to let the manager know. I was expecting at least a call from the manager since was all about “I take care of my clients blah blah blah”. I understand these are difficult times but if there’s no availability, then don’t sell the service. I had to spend so much time on the phone and back and forth to the store and at the end of the day, nothing was resolved.

Was skeptical at first at value of new TV calibration, but now a believer. Got member rate for in-home service call, so a bargain to boot. Great tech, punctual, experienced.
