The member that came to do the calibration was very efficient and willing to take his time to talk me through what he was doing. Very pleasant and patient staff member.

My picture was unnecessarily dark after calibration. Only on situation was provided, i.e. No calibration for a dark room, only a bright room.

John Gladden has done set ups for us now three times, and each time it was done very professionally. He explained and asked questions as to how we liked the picture and then set about delivering that picture.

Glad I had my TV calibrated! I never knew the difference until after they were done. It’s night and day!!! Though now it’s tough for me to look at a tv that isn’t calibrated.

I got this at the recommendation of the store clerk. It may have helped a bit but I’m not sure it was worth the $250

TV Calibration. Sean walked us through all of the steps. Picture looks better that before. He also helped us with some questions we had. SEAN was great !!!

TV calibration improved the picture. The service tech was really knowledgeable. The picture was good before he just improved it more.

Technician was fast and efficient. Described the process and showed the different color modes, allowing me to see the differences.

Not exactly what I expected, the picture was great prior to the calibration and is still good, not sure I would recommend the service if having to pay full price.

The agents mounted my TV on a rock wall and connected it to all my devices. They showed me how to work everything and were very professional.
