    Even with the restrictions of the quarantine the tech arrived on time followed protocols and completed the adjustments in a professional manner.

    the convenience of the pack is nice. The printer gives options to save on printing and tells you how much a print job has saved. Changing cartridges is so easy, a 60 yr. old can do it!

    When I bought my TV I was impressed by the picture quality, but after the calibration it blows the original picture quality away. Highly recommend this service.

    The first time this service was scheduled, the technician arrived fairly early in the time window, but somehow did not bring the equipment needed to complete the calibration. The second time it was scheduled, the technician field supervisor called 3.5 hours into the time window and left a message saying "he had some information regarding my appointment." Missing the call initially, I returned the call 20 minutes later to ask what the information was and that I would be available to discuss it from then on. 4.5 hours later - two hours after the 6 hour window had closed - the field supervisor returned my call to say that the appointment needed to be rescheduled as the technician was under COVID-19 protocols. So instead of a 7:00 am call to let the customer know he didn't need to wait around at the house all day for an appointment that wasn't going to happen, the FIELD SUPERVISOR elected to leave a cryptic message that encouraged me to continue waiting. It would have been more courteous to just completely no call/no show than leave an ambiguous message that might encourage someone to continue waiting. That this supervisor has a position where he might conceivably need to show judgement or responsibility is beyond my comprehension. If this is the type of employee that Geek Squad chooses to elevate to a supervisory role, I would be extremely hesitant to let any Geek Squad tech near anything that I might hold valuable. This will likely be my last experience with Geek squad, and probably Best Buy as well.

    Was not happy with the picture of this tv until it was tuned. What a difference, the colors are now more real and not so cartoonish.

    I had issues trying to get a apptment I made the apptment through the 180 number made it 4 months prior I took the day off for it I get a call the day off saying they couldn't find someone for my area next time I will go through the store to make a apotment

    The Geek squad agent was very safe and calibrated our new Sony 950G tv perfectly amd even fixed a hum i had in my subwoofer for free .

    We purchased a LG 65” OLED tv for Christmas and the out-of-the-box image was very good. The calibration made a very good picture spectacular — worth the incremental dollars.

    Took 5 weeks but geek squad tech had broken arm but love how TV LOOKS NOW IF THERE WERE MORE BROADCAST IN 4K THAT WOULD BE GREAT XBOX PICTURE IS OFF THE CHAIN
