My picture looks better than I thought possible would recommend calibrating to everyone

Same guy as before on 77 LG. This was done in professional manner Quickly and seems to be perfectly fine

Our 65" Sony TV was calibrated and at first we didn't like it because the color wasn't as bold, but now we are used to it.

Geek Squad team did a great job with the calibration of my new Sony tv. Really made a nice improvement to the picture.

Geek Squad Technician was very friendly and answered our questions about the TV Calibration. In addition, having the same person as before made us feel comfortable with the Geek Squad Technician. The only disappointment was the scheduled appointment window. The 4 hour window should be shorter for scheduled appointments. However, I would recommend the getting a TV Calibration for improved viewing.

Calibration was great, the tech support answered all questions. The picture was clear High Def when he was finished. Worth the money on my 75 inch Samsung

The Geek Squad technician did a great job of installing and optimizing a meshed Wi-Fi network with a new router.

Tech was very knowledgeable and seemed liked he enjoyed his job. I’ll be using the tv calibration again in the near future.

I bought this item in order to get the colors on my 4K ultra HD TV collaberated. I called numberous times to set up an appointment. I was told each time that I would be called back. I was not called back at all. I waited at least one WEEK for a call back. Finally I went in to Best Buy and waited for about an hour for them to figure out what was going on only to find out they dont even employ anyone who actually does this type of work. I could have just been told that the first time I called and I would not be so upset. No reason to keep me waiting on the phone lines as well as in the store. Maked me rethink even using Best Buy for future purchases.
