Haul Away Service Is The Best! I did not know where to take my Broken down old TV ,Lighting Strike in our backyard took out Internet Panel on my daughter TV & DVD Player & Rocketfish Surge Protector, Did Not Cover Repairs, because she did not tell me until a Month Later, You Have only about 10 days to report any failures to Rocketfish, Which was A Big Hassell, So Please read all Their FIne Print like I Did Not.

My installer, Tony, was great. He did a great job installing my TV on a full motion wall mount. He even came back a few days later as I was having trouble getting our local channels and corrected the problem. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Total Tech is a good value.

Team that installed and took away the old TV was very professional and knowledgeable.they took great care not to damage the doorways or anything else for that matter. Left the work area as clean as when they arrived.

Purchased a Samsung TV class 8000 and had someone come to the house to set it up for us. They did a great job in setting it up. They moved our old tv downstairs and had it set up and moved the broken tv outside to have it recycle. They explained everything to us on the new tv.

Install team took away what we were replacing as promised.

The delivery was exceptional. The 2 men who delivered my TV were courteous. I was told that they could take the TV from the box and set on my stand. I found out later they were not suppose to do that. Also they attached the legs and base to the TV. They went above and beyond and I hope there is not problem with what they did.

The two individuals sent to unpack, setup the new TV and remove my old set were unprofessional, lacked technical knowledge of the new TV and not friendly. They unpacked the new TV not complying to the instructions on the box, and put the installation instructions back in the box with the packing material. After several attempts to assemble the new TV, they dug out the the instructions from the box and started the process again. The TV has the receiving unit separate from the screen and had to be attached to the free standing base. They didn't know what it was. They had difficulty understanding the instructions but finally got it assembled and hooked up to my internet and cable. They then handed me the remote. They failed to remove the protective film on the screen and left. From my stand point, they lack knowledge and technical expertise.

Phillip did an excellent installation job with a difficult, old tv to remove. He was extremely helpful. He couldn’t haul away the old tv because it was too heavy for one person. He helped me arrange for a 2man team to come another day and pick up the old set. The haul team was timely and efficient.

BJ is the best! Haven’t met a nicer, knowledgeable gentleman in the history of dealing with Best Buy. This man is a professional through and through. He takes care of any and every concern and does it with more patience than “Job” You need 100 BJ”s…he and Zack are the only reasons I still work with Best Buy, period.

I loved that the delivery team was avle to haul away a TV for me. I couldn't move it due to having recent surgery! Thank you again so much!

I got this with the thought I’d use it, but in the end didn’t utilize the service; however I would recommend it to anyone needing a means to get rid of an old TV when purchasing a new one.

i had geek squad install which is a no brainer. they delivered it, measured the layout, had us sit in our usual viewing spots to ascertain the correct placement. hauled the packaging & old unit away. very professional and friendly.

I purchased a television from Best Buy and I had them take away the old non-working television. When it comes to electronics such as televisions and computers and such, you can't beat Best Buy on the service they offer. You just can't.

My 43" Samsung is a great improvement. Service was amazing. The gentlemen was very neat, efficient, friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to both of us in an easy to understand manner.

The Samsung 55 inch TV is just the right size for our space. Better sound than what I expected. Pictures outstanding. The remote is easy to use.

Ended up not having the delivery guys take the old TV away as I found out it may be repairable. However, they were willing to accommodate …great customer service.

I had an old clunker of a TV that I was replacing with a newer model. The whole experience was excellent and I am probably going to use this service again for my other appliances that I plan on replacing soon!

I will never have anything installed or delivered by Best Buy again. The people in India canceled my appointment three times without no explanation so you can imagine by the time my Neighbor connected it the OLED experience was gone. There was no thrill about it at all because Best Buy put a bad taste in my mouth. I wasted 3 days of my vacation with cancellations orders. So the point is they never installed my product at all. I had request the services of my neighbor to come over and hook up my TV with all my other video devices.

Worst service ever. It took them four trips for them to install the TV and get it working correctly and explain to my 88-year-old mother how to operate it. The first TV they brought out was missing parts. The second crew set it up on a stand, but didn’t know how to wire it in. The third crew that came out got it going wired it in but didn’t know how to operate the TV. Then they sent out the geek squad guy who was very knowledgeable and got it set up. Each trip cost me $119 even though they did not do what they were supposed to do. I still had to pay to get the next crew to come out. Very unsatisfied.
