I had an old clunker of a TV that I was replacing with a newer model. The whole experience was excellent and I am probably going to use this service again for my other appliances that I plan on replacing soon!

TV removal was excellent! Too bad the salesman neglected to tell the tech how heavy the old TV was. The tech worked his butt off but he managed.

It was a great tv for 12 years, i bought it at Best Buy as well. Still working well. Hated to lst it go but I had no other place to use it

What a great service. I wish they would waive the fee if you are getting a delivery at the same time but it’s nice to know it is being properly recycled and disposed of. Delivery guys were super nice and helpful.

I didn't even know Best Buy recycled old tech. Glad they do! They were very accommodating with scheduling and were precisely on time.

Installers arrived on time and installed the tv as ordered. They even assembled a tv stand which wasn't listed on the install job. They had a little trouble lifting out the old tv since it weight close to 300 pounds. All boxes and debris were cleaned up and hauled away

The guys that came to mount my tv were quick and nice. Would recommend the qeek squad installation to all my friends and family

Needed a TV for the guest bedroom and the Best Buy staff did an excellent job in getting everything to connect properly. Staff is friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional.

I had a flat screen TV that I needed removed and when they delivered my new washer and dryer, they hauled it away along with my old washer and dryer. Made it very convenient so we didn't have to haul it away ourselves.

I signed up to have my old TV set hauled away and the guys did an amazing job. I had a 36 inch Sony that was an older tube type television which had only been used for 6 months. It weighed a ton but they managed to carry it out to the truck. They did a great job and it was worth the price to have them haul it away!

Having the opportunity to have an old appliance hauled away immediately is a wonderful privilege, a gift in and of itself.

Home delivery, set-up and haul away was so professionaly done by Brian. My husband andvI were so grateful we tipped him because he helped us sync everything to the new tv and instructed us on how to operate everything. Great service!!

Bought new flat panel TV and needed to dispose of old 32" console boat anchor. Technicians that came to install new TV carried it out like it was nothing. Impressive. I didn't have to worry about where to take it and, because of its weight, how to get it there.
