Haul-Away In Home Service For Hauling Away My Old TV

The Geek Squad did not know that they were removing the VERY heavy old style giant TV. I have a hand truck, and they carefully removed this huge heavy TV to give me a lot of extra room! Since this was a surprise, they rolled with the news really well.

Thank God for Best Buy! The haul away service was excellent and tight on time. I have been trying to get rid of that tube tv for years!

A wonderful Best Buy offering. Because of the weight and size of my old portable TV being replaced, I was not strong enough to lift and carry it anywhere. Thank heavens that Best Buy offers this feature to their customers.

I was very surprised to find out that BEST BUY offered a FREE haul away service for my old TV, especially since it was a old 46'' projection TV. Best of all the old set was picked up 30 minutes before the new set was delivered. THANK YOU BEST BUY!

Bought this thinking the person delivering the new TV would put the new TV where the old TV was, hook up the new TV, and haul away the old TV. That did not happen. Total lack of communication by the Best Buy employee. Waste of money.

This service allowed me to finally get a new tv. I was avoiding purchasing a new tv because I couldn't figure out how to get rid of my 174 pound old tv. The 2 fellows who delivered the new tv just picked up the old one and made it disappear.

This TV exceeds my expectations. The color is great and the many options for viewing have really helped me out.

In a busy office there is no extra time to spare. This service is a great solution to get rid of outdated or broken equipment. Works just like haul away service for retired mattresses and kitchen appliances when replacing them with new.

It was a blessing to have the geek squad not only take down the old tv but take it away and dispose of it properly! It is getting harder to not only handle the size and weight but to find the proper place for it. This way it is all good!

My Sony TV is 235lb. The 2 guys who came to take it away are awesome. They took their shoes off at the front door, and were very careful removing the TV from the Armoire. They were very professional and courteous. Excellent service!
