Was nice to have the Haul away included in the delivery of my new TV, they take care of any recycling and proper disposal of any unused parts

I was told by salesman if I purchased warranty , I would get free delivery and set up. Not so. I was charged $199 for delivery. I went to the Best Buy store and the manager referred me to Geek Squad corporate. Their representative said that because I had already used the service I could not get a refund. And told me to go back to the store manager. I’m a senior citizen on a fixed income and this was a total rip off. In order to get some recovery I did cancel my $179 warranty.. I will tell all my friends to be aware of any purchases from Best Buy.

The technician that installed my new two tv sets was excellent.

Not much to say. Best Buy brought my new tv to the house and took the old one in exchange. I had the Geek protection plan on the bad tv, so it was a simple deliver and pick up deal.

TV was installed crooked with a wire hanging out. Univeral remote not working.

If I could give more stars I would. The guys who set up our tv were wonderful. They explained everything. Asked me if I had any questions. Very kind and polite. Awesome job guys.

No extra charge to take down swinging wall mount and hardware ( which we kept) and remove outdated broken tv

The guys were very pretty. They did a great job taking away an old tv and delivering a new one. Definitely recommend this service.

the installer was very careful, he removed my old TV from the wall, packed it up and removed it from my house. He did not leave a mess anywhere in my house. Did a great job

When we replace an item, it is usually better to have Best Buy take the old item so we do not have to bother with the disposal.

Services was awesome. The guys did an excellent job removing the old product and replacing it with new one.

Geek Squad hauled away my broken 50" Samsung that was less than 2 years old. Pays to be a Total Tech member!

Our old TV had five HDM1 ports so I was able to hook up cable box, DVD player, Amazon fire stick, Wii on the back of the TV but the new TV has only two port. I had to buy a switch so I could hook everything up.

Frank and Andrew hauled away our old 55" TV. They were friendly and very professional. It was a pleasure dealing with Geek Squad.

The Guys came and took my old TV away smoothly and quickly. They even took the old stand away too.

Would have given 5 stars but I was not given any updates on time and had to wait the entire 4 hours not knowing when they would be here. Otherwise, the guys who did the haul away were very nice and apologetic for the delay and absence of communication.

They took my old tv, no issues. Not much else to say about this service.
