    The Geek Squad disposed of 2 old TV’s. One was heavy, the other was VERY heavy. VERY, VERY, VERY! They grunted and groaned and kept on smiling. Highly recommend that service

    It was the easiest and safest method available to dispose of our 50 inch TV because a lot of places that would've done it for free were closed because of COVID-19

    Horrible service. The worst I've ever seen I've even reviewed the service and submitted it to Best Buy and now they are asking for more I will never do business with Best Buy again in my lifetime. Is that not clear enough for you guys please stop contacting me immediately

    I went with the tv haul away option to take our older tv to tv heaven. This was a perfect option for me and took all headache in dealing with it myself.

    When the Geek squad guys delivered and set up my new tv they also hauled away the old one. They were very professional in doing their job.

    Sad to see my Sony V Vega tv leave, It was a great tv with a great picture for it's time. I had it for over 16 years but it was time to go.

    When the Geek Squad came to install my 65" Sony TV they took the old 32" TV away. It was a really big help since my husband and I are older folks are we unable to move it. Thanks Geek Squad!

    For reasonable price Bestbuy took away our old flat screen tv. That was much easier than having to get rid of it ourselves.

    This option works when you have a heavy tv to be removed. Remember to let Best Buy know the size and weight so that they send an extra person to remove tv.
