    Communications breakdown between store and Geek Squad. Sent one man for a two man job. Left Sony 32 inch tube tv in middle of my living room for 3 days. Required me to get corporate manager to resolve in a timely fashion. Company needs to work on communication. Guys that finally came and hauled it away were great. I am now satisfied.

    The installation was not completed as originally discussed. Internet cable left exposed. Was told that wireless equipment was available via Best Buy and that I would receive help to acquire that needed equipment. I was unable to get any response or help from technician after they left my house. Very disappointed with that aspect of the overall installation. A response to this situation would be much appreciated.

    NEVER USING BEST BUY FOR ANYTHING AGAIN. I scheduled this service 3 weeks ago and today was the first availability they had to remove and haul away a tv no longer working. I am moving tomorrow and told them this. They advised me last night by email - NO PHONE CALL - that I would have to reschedule. I spent an hour on the phone and they could not perform the service. I am moving tomorrow. I called another company that will be here in the next 2 hours.
