    Short people shouldn’t haul away TVs

    Wanted a 50 inch pioneer plasma to be removed. The two individuals that came to take it away said that they could not do it because it was on a dresser that was 74 inches tall. Here’s a thought, maybe you should have some stepstools on the truck when you come to take away TVs?

    Haul away was not done and we were told we’d get our money back but we’ve gotten nothing back for this charge

    Paid for them to Holloway TV.But they had no note of it and left it with my mother.Who was 80 years old had to have it haul the way by another place.Then try to charge me again for the holloway

    The person came in an unmarked truck and walked through my semi carpeted house with snow on his shoes.

    Failed to Do the Haul-Away Multiple Times

    The work was never completed, even though the system says it was done. Three separate days the haul-away team never showed. Three whole days I wasted waiting for them.

    Found out that I could take up 55" TV to your Best Buy store and there would be no charge. I think $60 charge is too much.

    The Geek Squad from Greenwood IN, hung a 55” TV and I bought a 65” TV. I am 77 years old and they left my 55” old tv in my entrance of my home on the floor. I hope I don’t hurt myself.

    Total miss advertising . Charged for 55 inch removal when charge said the cost was for 56 inch and above

    I had a haul away scheduled but decided to keep the TV. At the time of the delivery, it was noted on my order. I paid $25 for the haul away service. Best Buy refunded $24.99. They kept .01 of the haul away fee. Weird On a positive note, I really like my new Toshiba TV.

    Never happened. I’ve lived at my current address 20 years. There service couldn’t find my house. Lied that they came to my house and no one home. I live rural and driver sent pic in a neighborhood.

    We told them we had a 70" TV which did not survive a lightening storm. They said they eould haul it away when they delivered the new tv. The guy could not take it. His van was tiny. He promised to get someone to take it. Never heard from Best Buy / Geek Squad again on that.

    They removed my t.v. rather quickly.......as quick to take it away! My old television was in better working condition than the new one I purchased yesterday!!

    Haul Away did not happen, despite status change

    Status changed to completed, dispite no one ever contacting me or coming to my house (as verified on cameras). This was for a 'haul away' only, as the contractor Best Buy hired to install the TV did not perform this on the day of the TV install due to another Best Buy communication issue

    I was scheduled to have a TV Connect and Setup 55" & Smaller on 12/17 between 12 PM - 8:00 PM. SKU 4996164. This has not been completed even though it was noted to be completed. There was a service scheduled for an add on TV Haul Away 55" and under for the same day (12/17) but between 7 AM - 1 PM. SKU 5314600. This service was completed. The order # is 1120336742390.

    This was not a good experience. The men who delivered the TV said they were contract and could not take it. Made trip to store to get scheduled because you cannot get anyone anywhere at any number to answer the phone. The website is a joke when trying to schedule. They did not show up. Another trip to get scheduled. One week later we finally had someone to come.

    The old TV is still here. Purchased before Christmas. We wound up going to the store and bringing it home ourselves. ...thankfully a salesperson could locate one for us to have. We purchased all of this before Christmas.
