Installers seemed like they were in a rush to leave and forgot to haul away my old TVs.

They didn't take my TV. I called Best Buy and they re-opened the ticket but no one followed up.

This was never completed and I never heard from anyone regarding my haul away

not completed, old TV still here, need to know when you will pick up ?? set up was good no problems !

Did not haul away old TV. Said someone else would pick it up today. 8pm & still on front porch. Called & someone will haul it away on Wednesday.

The Haul away did not happen. Please send the technicians back if possible.

My home was damaged during the delivery process because of negligence with the hand truck scrapping my Wood stained and varnished entry door.

They came out and took the TV down, but did not haul it away or come with the new one.

Haul away was not completed. New appointment set up but info on website says order completed. I am not happy with the runaround.

They did not haul the TV - I did not realize that until they had left.

The worst shopping experience ever. They are confused regarding their scheduling. Worse than a 1 star.

The techs who came to install our new TV were professional, efficient, and fun to deal with. The new TV is wonderful. The installation experience was outstanding.

Our old TV was very heavy. The men who came to haul it away were very nice and courteous. They quickly removed the TV with no problem. We were very satisfied.

I have had several orders for the haul away. One was a no show. Others, the service man refused to take the old TV

Technician did a fabulous job removing the old TV and mounting the new TV. Only complaint I have is that at time of purchase I was not informed of the difference in the "removal process". Found this out on the day of the delivery by the technician. Basic removal does not include "setup/syncing" of the new TV. I needed to pay an additional $100 for this. ALSO, my prior TV was a Samsung and the new TV was an LG. Technician asked if I had the bolts for the wall mount since the Samsung bolts were not compatible with the LG...so another $30 to get Universal bolts. Communication at time of my TV purchase was lacking this information. Lucky that the technician had the necessary parts to complete the installation on the day of the delivery.

The guys were great & so helpful. Nice to not have to worry.

Excellent set up service. Set up new tv (65" Samsung), changed tvs in another room (20 year old 46" Samsung for 2-year old 55" Samsung) and removed oldest tv. Didn't know Xfinity remotes set up for Samsung work on new Samsung!

The GeekSquad professional did an excellent work. The installation was smooth for both tv and soundbar, and hauled away old tv set and packaging stuff. Great job.

Set up TV and hauled away old TV. I think the price is high for what they do. Set TV on stand and plug in. Haul away old TV and box. Took about 10 minutes. They did clean up well.
