    Damaged furniture and to date have not repaired

    Damages are significant and Best Buy has not helped getting the repair issue resolved. Very disappointed with the No Help I am still waiting for repairs and even a contact from Best Buy. Poor reflection on your organization once the purchase is made nothing from anyone to resolve. I have solicited help from local manager but to no avail.

    we were cancelled and rescheduled again.......this has happened several times and we're still waiting///How to you give a quality rating on something that has yet to be delivered?

    This service has not been delivered. I contacted your phone and chat service already. My TV was not delivered and the haul away was not executed

    The TV seems fine but the local Best Buy delivery system was the worst I have ever experienced for an online purchase.

    Showed up with no notice and brought snow in my home. Didn't have proper booties to put on over their boots. What a mess!

    Didn't "Haul-away" my TVs

    Installers seemed like they were in a rush to leave and forgot to haul away my old TVs.

    They didn't take my TV. I called Best Buy and they re-opened the ticket but no one followed up.

    Haul Away or No room to haul away?

    Did not haul away old TV. Said someone else would pick it up today. 8pm & still on front porch. Called & someone will haul it away on Wednesday.

    My home was damaged during the delivery process because of negligence with the hand truck scrapping my Wood stained and varnished entry door.

    I have had several orders for the haul away. One was a no show. Others, the service man refused to take the old TV

    TV Installation

    I thought that when we purchased the TV in the store we had made a specific request that the installers connect our TV to Dish and everything that the old TV was connected to. This did not occur. Best Buy has always done just a good job with deliveries but these young men only set it up and wanted to leave. We wanted everything in working condition. They were hesitate to continue with the installation until one of the young men said we will do that. They installed the TV to dish but did not know how to install it correctly. We had a sound bar that they could not install because they said that we did not have the correct cables but would not tell us what we needed.

    The SAMSUNG TV is perfect! Color, optics, and sound the best. Also the installer Daniel was superb! He was engaging, respectful, detailed, knowledgeable, professional, and treated our home like it was his own. He performed magnificently detaching the wires and old TV, masterfully assembled and set-up the new TV, and took the extra time to clearly walk us through the new TV’s operational capabilities and settings. Heck, he probably saved our marriage!! Give him a pay raise ASAP!
