Very pleased with my new LG OLED TV from Best Buy Erie. Product is top notch but more than that was the service I received from the Geek Squad install team. Trevor and Kirk did an outstanding job from the moment they arrived until the job was completed. Very proficient with all the hardware and software as well as mounting the unit and integrating into my existing home theater and WiFi setup. They answered all my questions regarding the new equipment and followed up via phone to make sure everything was operating properly. Will be contacting them again for new computer and install.

The haul-away service for my old TV went very smoothly. The crew did a good job, and the process took at most 5 minutes, and they cleaned up any debris from the "transition" from the old to new TVs. One minor issue: I was not reminded in the store that I needed to separately order and pay for haul-away -- I saw that it was an "add-on" when looking at the emails about getting ready for the new TV delivery. That should have been highlighted by the salesperson. The install/haul-away crew told me lots of people were surprised when haul-away wasn't included.

Technician did a fabulous job removing the old TV and mounting the new TV. Only complaint I have is that at time of purchase I was not informed of the difference in the "removal process". Found this out on the day of the delivery by the technician. Basic removal does not include "setup/syncing" of the new TV. I needed to pay an additional $100 for this. ALSO, my prior TV was a Samsung and the new TV was an LG. Technician asked if I had the bolts for the wall mount since the Samsung bolts were not compatible with the LG...so another $30 to get Universal bolts. Communication at time of my TV purchase was lacking this information. Lucky that the technician had the necessary parts to complete the installation on the day of the delivery.

The techs who came to install our new TV were professional, efficient, and fun to deal with. The new TV is wonderful. The installation experience was outstanding.

Our old TV was very heavy. The men who came to haul it away were very nice and courteous. They quickly removed the TV with no problem. We were very satisfied.

The Technician who removed our old television from our bedroom wall was quick and professional. He readjusted the television wall rack to accommodate the New Television purchased. He was pleasant and showed us how to use the new television features.

The two men sent to haul-away our heavy 37" Sony 1999 Picture Tube TV did an outstanding job. It took muscles and determination to remove it, but they did it! Unlike many, these two guys cared about doing a good job...and they did! Thank you!

I could not be happier with the delivery and set up of my new LG OLED TV. Andre from Greek Squad not only unpacked the new tv and hooked up my existing surround sound system he took away my old set. He showed me how to use all of the features and remote and did not leave until he felt we were comfortable using everything.

Raymond did a fabulous job installing our new TV and then easily taking away all of the old stuff. Amazing that he was able to do that all by himself! Plus he had such a nice personality. He answered all of our questions and helped us by programming our previous remote control to work with our new TV. So now we have a a back-up remote if we need one.

The two guys that were here were super. They were friendly and they really knew their stuff. They had my new TV all set up and ready to watch when they left my home just as I had requested. I am very glad I had them help me out. Thank you very much for the great service!

I wouldn't do !any purchase ANY OTHER WAY.I made an excellent find when I got in home service. The two gentlemen were so neat, it didn't even look like they were here. They clean up to the best. The only thing left was MY TV . THANK YOU FOR THAT SERVICE

The guys were great & so helpful. Nice to not have to worry.

Technicians were punctual, organized, efficient. They knew exactly what needed to be done. Explained their work and process. They did a great job installing my TV, sound bar, and removing the old one.

The in-Home Service for my Samsung television was excellent. The team of David and Olo worked as a team and completed the installation in rapid time. David updated by networks and passwords which save me time. David advised me if I had any problems to contact him.

These Total Tech guys were the best. They really knew what they were doing. I would have no problem requesting for them to do the job. Best Buy should be very proud to have them as employees.

Home service by Geek Squad (delivery and set-up of new 55" LG television) was excellent.. On time, courteous and very knowledgable personnel from Geek Squad have always been their hallmark.

After a mix-up with the sales associate entering the wrong code, we finally got the Geek Squad to hook up our new TV and take away the old one. All worked out fine. No fuss, no muss.

Excellent set up service. Set up new tv (65" Samsung), changed tvs in another room (20 year old 46" Samsung for 2-year old 55" Samsung) and removed oldest tv. Didn't know Xfinity remotes set up for Samsung work on new Samsung!

The GeekSquad professional did an excellent work. The installation was smooth for both tv and soundbar, and hauled away old tv set and packaging stuff. Great job.
