Nice of Best Buy to offer the opportunity to get rid of the TV. The only thing, I would like to see the price a little lower. I don't believe that they need to be making any money on the disposal.

I was not happy with the set up service. They would not connect my sound bar and told me I was to use the TV speakers. I have 2 hearing aids and TV speakers don't work for me. Also they did not center the TV over the firepace. I called them and they told me they would call back and still come back to fix it. They did not call or stop by. I have to do it. I use a walker so it was hard for me to do it.

Very frustrating. I was unable to schedule basic tv connection online, so I called in to have a representative help. After an hour trying to find a tv that was available, the ones I had chosen were not, it was set up. Then before they were scheduled to arrive I got a call that the $119 was only to take the tv out of the box, no set up at all. I decided not to pay $119 to have it taken out of the box. All I wanted was basic set up, connecting the tv.

They never showed. Called the store and was advised to talk to the warehouse manager, he was so rude, didn’t want to hear that the technician didn’t show. Offered me another date 11/2 weeks later. I retuned 55” tv and brackets. They will give BB a bad name

Canceled this purchase. Eighteen days later still no refund.
